How should I clean my item?
Each item will have cleaning instructions in its listing as well as a card that accompanies the item explaining how to best care for it. Most items are spot clean if they contain leather, or can be washed, lay flat to dry, and press with a warm iron (crowns and coasters). Napkins can be washed and dried.
How do you calculate shipping?
All USPS shipping is now $5, regardless of the order size! UPS orders have a flat rate of $10.
If you live locally, I am happy to arrange drop-off or pickup. Just use the code “LOCAL” and the shipping will be reduced to $0.
Do you donate items for silent auctions, etc.?

Where do you get your ideas?
Some of my designs are my own, but I have found an amazing world of artists and makers that have inspired me to continue to sew. If a pattern is not my own, you will see credit given in the item’s description. The quilting world is one of the most supportive I’ve encountered and I’m proud to be a part of it and let others’ work continue to grow.
What if I’d like to return an item?
Items are not returnable, however, if you are unhappy with your item, please reach out to me at meg@northhollowthreads.com. I want everyone to be completely satisfied with their purchases.
